    Walk a Thon This Friday!
    Posted on 10/20/2016
This is the image for the news article titled Walk a Thon This Friday! This annual event is Kimball’s biggest fundraiser. Students collect pledges and walk laps around the playground to raise money to support field trips, arts and other important student activities. It’s fun, it’s physical and it’s a fabulous way to help our school.

    We're shooting for 100% participation!

What's that mean, you may be asking! It means that if every child brings back an envelope with even just one pledge, no minimum dollar amount required, then they are participating!

    There are prizes!!!

There will be a drawing for everyone that participates (returns at least one pledge) for a fitness tracker! Six lucky winners!

The students who walk the most laps in each class will win a special 2016 Walk a Thon t-shirt specially designed by a Kimball Student!

Classes with 100% participation (if every student in the class returns at least one pledge) will win an ice cream party!

If the school gets 100% participation (if every student returns at least one pledge) and the whole school will win a pizza party!

So be sure to get your kids excited to walk tomorrow! Rain or shine!

If you are missing your pledge envelope there are more at the front desk!

    There's still time to volunteer!
