    Welcome Back! Dear Kimball Families,

Welcome to a new and exciting school year! I hope you are having a restful and relaxing summer. I am really looking forward to having all of you back and to meeting you and your children. I’ve had the opportunity to chat with some of you, and I am enjoying the chance to get to know everyone a little better. It’s been great to hear the stories and different perspectives on what makes Kimball special and on what we need to do to move forward.

I am not the only new person this year. Please join me in also welcoming the following new staff members:
     Ericka Pollard, Assistant Principal
     Julia Byers, Kindergarten
     Rachael LeValley, Third Grade
 Amanda Hubbard, Math and Reading Intervention
     Ben Ruthruff, P.E. Teacher
 Kristin Frey, Visual Art Teacher
 Tyler Bechstein, Special Education IA
 Jacob West, Special Education IA
 Yu Ping Kuang, Bilingual Cantonese IA

We’ve all been working hard getting ready for the new school year. We had kindergartners in the building already for Jump Start August 20-24, and it was so fun to see their energy and excitement for learning.

    Morning Lineup Change:
Students will line up on the playground when the first bell rings at 7:50.
Teachers will pick up their classes when the second bell rings at 7:55 and bring them inside.
If you are dropping your children off, please bring them around to the big playground. Thank you!
