The Kimball Enrichment Program is proud to host a number of classes after school this year. Students will have a choice of art, languages, science and movement. Our goal is to help Kimball students receive a balanced education through the enrichment program.
Parent Information
The spring Semester will begin on March 10, 2020 and continue through June 4, 2020. All afternoon classes will run from 2:30-3:30pm, unless otherwise noted in the class description.
There will be NO CLASSES during Spring Break (April 13-17) or on the Memorial Day Holiday (May 25th).
Each parent/guardian is responsible for arranging their child's transportation needs after class. Emergencies do happen, so each family needs to have a plan in place for those days when an after school activity needs to be cancelled. Please call the school at 206-252-7280 when you will be late picking up your child or you need someone else to pick up your child. Every student who participates in these programs MUST have a signed permission slip that informs us how he/she will get home when the class finishes.
The Kimball Enrichment Program is sponsored by the Kimball PTSA. This wonderful program is sustained through families who pay tuition for each class a child is registered into. Kimball never refuses enrollment for lack of funds. Limited scholarships are available.
Your payment to the Kimball PTSA provides funding to support our After School Enrichment Programs. We are asking families to pay the tuition at the time of registration. Payment in full is appreciated. However, we never refuse enrollment to a student for lack of funds. If your family is not able to pay the full tuition, please request a partial scholarship. All payments help to offset the cost and ensure our ability to continue to provide quality programs.
If you have any questions, please contact Adriana Jackson, Kimball Enrichment Program Coordinator (Contact info coming soon) or Gabrielle Fairbairn at 206-252-7280 or via email at gnfairbairn@seattleschools.org.
